401(k) Employee discounts Flexible schedule Training & development Voice Instructor - Part-Time Bach to Rock Music School in Lincoln is growing, and we are looking for an engaging, dependable Voice Instructor to join our teaching team. At Bach to Rock, students learn music in a fun, contemporary, performance-based environment. We work with students of all ages and ability levels, from beginners taking their first lessons to experienced musicians preparing to perform. What You'll Do Teach private and semi-private voice lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels Help students develop healthy vocal technique, musicianship, confidence, and performance skills Teach a variety of contemporary and traditional musical styles Prepare students for performances and other school opportunities Communicate effectively with students, parents, and Bach to Rock staff Create an encouraging, professional, and engaging learning environment What We're Looking For Strong vocal and musical skills Experience teaching voice or working with developing musicians is preferred Ability to connect with children, teens, and adults Dependable, energetic, positive, and professional A music degree or current music study is a plus, but demonstrated musicianship and teaching ability are equally important Evening and/or Saturday availability is especially valuable Why Bach to Rock?
