Part-Time Piano Instructor Do you play the piano and love children? Do you have a passion for music and education? Here's what you will be doing as a piano teacher at
Figaro Music Studios:
Teaching group piano classes of up to 5 students ranging from beginner to intermediate levels on preferred days and times from 3pm on weekdays. The curriculum is provided for you and teacher training is thorough. Preparing students for recitals & attending recitals up to 3 times a year Communicating regularly with parents on progress of students after lessons Sending note cards/birthday cards to students throughout the year Sending progress reports to parents twice a year Skill Requirements Must demonstrate an understanding of music concepts and be able to read music and play the piano at an intermediate level or higher Ability to interact effectively with children and adults Prior experience working with children is preferred Information All teachers are W-4 employees Lessons take place at Figaro Music Studios, located at 254 North State Street in Concord, NH. Recitals are at the studio as well, or occasionally at another location in Concord. We take care of scheduling, finding students, and other administrative work so you can focus on being a great teacher Not sure if you qualify? No prior piano teaching experience is required.
