Intentional integration of Universal Design for Learning principles and culturally responsive practices into instruction. Advanced proficiency performing on at least one instrument, ideally a string instrument. Demonstrated experience teaching novice to intermediate string instruments; experience teaching band instruments is a plus. Proven success with directing school concerts and community performances. Experience preparing students for participation in regional music festivals. Active implementation of recruitment and retention strategies. Capable of managing instrument inventory across multiple buildings and handling instrument maintenance and minor repairs. Ability to travel between multiple school buildings. Bilingual capability in Spanish is a plus.

As per salary guide based on experience and earned degree level Minimum $67,958
