About us Our Bach to Rock Music Schools in Wyckoff and Nanuet are fun, rewarding, and supportive environments where we teach students of all ages to play the music they love. We are currently seeking instructors to teach private lessons, with our greatest need being for drum and piano teachers. Candidates who can also play two or more of the following: piano, guitar, drums, or bass — are especially encouraged to apply. We are also seeking violin and DJ instructors!

Our work environment includes:

Modern music school with private lesson rooms, dedicated band rooms, recording studio, control room, performance space and DJ lab. We are looking for an experienced and passionate instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of music theory and be able to teach a variety of instruments, as well as ensemble (rock band). The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching students the fundamentals of music, helping them develop their skills, and encouraging them to reach their full potential. We are looking for someone who is patient, creative, and has a passion for helping others learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

Provide instruction in music theory, technique and performance. Maintain a safe and organized learning environment. Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to students and parents. Encourage creativity and collaboration among students. Organize and lead performances, recitals, concerts, and other musical events.
