Music & Movement Teaching Artist - 3K/Pre-K East Harlem, New York, NY Anselmo Academy of Music & the Arts is seeking an engaging, energetic Music & Movement Teaching Artist to lead an early childhood music class for 3K/Pre-K students at one of our partner schools in East Harlem.

Schedule:

One weekday per week, 9:00-10:00 AM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday ( no Wednesdays ) The ideal instructor has experience working with young children and can create a fun, structured, and developmentally appropriate class incorporating singing, rhythm, movement, musical games, and creative exploration .

Qualifications:

Experience teaching music and/or movement to young children Strong classroom management and ability to keep 3-5-year-olds engaged Warm, energetic, and dependable teaching style Music education, performance, early childhood, or related experience preferred Comfortable developing or adapting age-appropriate lesson plans This is a great opportunity for a teaching artist looking to build a relationship with Anselmo Academy. Additional group classes and private students may become available throughout the school year , with opportunities to expand your teaching schedule as new programs and students are added. Pay:
