Music Teacher - Strings (Violin/Viola/Cello) Teacher + Piano or Voice
Job Description
Masso Music (formerly GnG Music Instruction) has been part of the New Albany community for 18+ years, providing private music instruction to its residents and the greater Columbus area. We're looking for a violin, viola, or cello teacher who can also teach piano or voice as a second instrument. You'll teach private lessons at our New Albany studio, in students' homes, or online, whatever works best for you and your students. Why Teach at Masso Top-of-market pay : $38-$55/hour, paid per lesson. Our rates are among the highest for private-lesson teachers in the Columbus area. We do the admin, you do the music : finding students, booking, reminders, and payments all run through the office. Students come to you : we route new students your way as inquiries come in. Your roster builds steadily over time. Cancellations don't cost you : if a student no-shows or cancels last minute, the lesson is still paid. Teach your way : full freedom of curriculum. Build the approach that fits each student's goals. No non-compete : teach with us and keep any other studios, students, or gigs you already have. More than lessons : annual student recitals and other performance opportunities, plus extra paid work helping at studio events and community programs. Schedule Lessons typically run in the afternoon and evening on weekdays and all day on weekends. We currently have rooms open Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays .
