We are a welcoming, student-focused music studio serving children, teens, and adults. We are looking for a teacher who enjoys helping students build strong musical foundations while also making lessons engaging, encouraging, and fun.
Position Flute Instructor:
Part-Time, Independent Contractor What You'll Do Teach private flute lessons to students of various ages and experience levels Develop individualized lessons based on each student's goals, interests, and learning style Help students develop strong fundamentals, technique, musicianship, and performance skills Prepare students for recitals, auditions, school ensembles, and other performance opportunities when appropriate Communicate professionally and positively with students and parents Maintain a consistent teaching schedule and reliable attendance Contribute to a supportive and collaborative studio environment Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: An experienced flute player and teacher Comfortable teaching beginners through intermediate/advanced students Patient, encouraging, and enthusiastic about working with children Reliable, organized, and professional Able to create a positive and engaging lesson environment Passionate about helping students develop a lifelong love of music Teaching experience is strongly preferred. A degree in music, music education, performance, or a related field is preferred.
