Job Summary/Basic Function:

Join Our Team at Millersville University! The Tell School of Music at Millersville University seeks a part-time instructor to teach Class Piano at the undergraduate level. One to two courses per semester may be offered, depending on departmental needs and scheduling. Temporary, part-time instructor responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in Music.

Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree in piano performance or piano pedagogy. Ability to teach diverse student populations successfully. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Commitment to inclusive practices and working with diverse student populations. Successful interview. Successful teaching demonstration for class teaching assignments. Successful completion of three background checks.

Preferred Qualifications:

DMA or ABD in Piano Performance or Piano Pedagogy. Prior college-level teaching experience at the undergraduate level.
