Overview We are seeking passionate and dedicated Music Instructors to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching music and the ability to engage with the client and adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BAMM Music Instructor, you will play a vital role in fostering a love for music, and enhancing the overall well-being of our students through engaging one on one or small group classes. Responsibilities Develop and implement music lesson plans that cater to different skill levels with their preferred music styles. Ensure safety and effectiveness. Provide personalized instruction to students to help them improve their skills and confidence. Create an inclusive and supportive environment that encourages creativity and self-expression among students. Monitor student progress and adjust programs as needed to meet individual goals/abilities. Provide on-going encouragement and positive feedback. Skills Ability to adapt to individual's needs. Experience working with Developmentally Delayed individuals is preferred but not required. Experience teaching a musical instrument and/or vocal teaching. Ability to educate students effectively while fostering a positive learning environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students of all backgrounds.
