Piano Teacher - Fort Mill, Tega Cay & Indian Land, SC Creative Melodies is looking for a piano teacher to join our team as an independent contractor and teach private, in-home lessons in the Fort Mill, Tega Cay, and Indian Land areas. This is a part-time teaching opportunity with flexibility to build a schedule that works for you. We work with students of various ages and experience levels, and we're looking for someone who enjoys working with students and helping them grow as musicians.

What the position looks like:

Private, one-on-one piano lessons in students' homes Part-time, independent contractor (1099) position Approximately $33-$42 per teaching hour Weekday afternoon and evening availability Optional Saturday availability Flexible scheduling based on your availability Students are provided We're looking for someone who: Has at least one year of piano teaching experience Has experience working with children Is comfortable teaching students at different skill levels Reads music proficiently Has strong piano performance skills Has reliable transportation Can pass a background check A bachelor's degree in piano performance, music education, or a related field is preferred but not required. Creative Melodies handles scheduling and billing, allowing our teachers to focus on teaching. Teachers also have the opportunity to participate in student recitals and performances throughout the year.
