What We're Looking For Required:
A 4-year bachelor's degree in Music Performance/Education (or equivalent experience). 2-3+ years of teaching experience in private lessons, classrooms, or similar settings. Strong knowledge of music education curriculum and techniques. Ability to teach a range of ages and skill levels, particularly younger students. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to students' homes in Nashville and nearby areas. Background check clearance.
Preferred:
Experience and enthusiasm for working with children. Understanding of childhood development principles, particularly for early learners. Proficiency in multiple instruments and musical styles.
