In this role, you will deliver engaging violin lessons and classes that foster technical skill, musicality, and confidence. Your expertise will help students develop their instrumental performance abilities while nurturing their creativity and appreciation for the arts. Design and implement comprehensive violin curriculum tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels Conduct engaging individual and group lessons that emphasize proper technique, musical expression, and performance skills Develop lesson plans that incorporate music theory, sight-reading, improvisation, and repertoire building Manage classroom environments to ensure a positive, disciplined, and motivating atmosphere for all students Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement Requirements Proven experience teaching violin or other musical instruments with a focus on youth programs or early childhood education Music degree (performance, education, therapy, etc.) or enrolled in program (or equivalent training) Experience working with children, including behavior management and childhood development strategies Ability to adapt teaching methods for differentiated learning Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students of varying ages and skill levels Additional instrumental knowledge preferred but are not required Available to teach on Tuesday and Fridays afternoons (3pm) Join us as a Violin Instructor and help shape the next generation of musicians! Pay:
