Join the AMA Team! - Music Teachers Needed Aledo Music Academy is growing, and we're looking for energetic, encouraging, music-loving teachers to join our team! If you love working with kids, building confidence through music, and making lessons fun and engaging, we'd love to meet you. At AMA, we believe music lessons should be something students look forward to all week. Our studio is high-energy, creative, community-focused, and centered around helping students of all ages grow as musicians and performers. We are currently hiring teachers for a variety of instruments, with a HIGH need for: Piano Voice Guitar Ukulele Drums Violin Cello Bass Band instruments And more! Multi-instrumentalists are especially encouraged to apply! Most lessons take place during after-school and evening hours Monday-Thursday , making this a great opportunity for working musicians, college music students, performers, music educators, and anyone looking to add consistent teaching hours to their schedule. What You'll Do Teach fun, engaging private and/or group music lessons Tailor lessons to each student's age, goals, interests, and learning style Help students build confidence and strong musical foundations Create a positive environment where students are excited to learn Prepare students for optional performances, showcases, and special events Communicate professionally with students, families, and the AMA team What We're Looking For You don't have to fit one specific mold! We'd love to hear from experienced teachers, college music students, professional or gigging musicians, worship musicians, music education majors, and talented musicians interested in teaching.

Ideal candidates are:

Proficient in one or more instruments Friendly, dependable, and encouraging Comfortable working with children and teens Passionate about music Available for consistent weekly after-school/evening hours Able to commit to their students and weekly schedule Previous teaching experience is a plus, but we're open to talented musicians who have the right personality and a passion for sharing music with others.
