This role is based at our Denton, TX studio. We provide the curriculum, the students, and a supportive team — you bring the teaching. Our instructors build long-term relationships with families and grow their own student rosters year over year. What you'll do
  • Teach private piano lessons (30 and 60 minute) to students of all ages and levels
  • Use our provided Faber-based curriculum
  • Prepare students for recitals and our Musical Ladder achievement program
  • Keep simple lesson notes so families stay in the loop What we're looking for
  • Strong piano proficiency and the ability to teach beginners through advanced
  • Teaching or performance experience
  • Someone seeking a stable, long-term teaching home — not a one-semester gig
  • Reliable, warm, and great with students and parents
  • Reliable transportation; able to pass a background check Schedule & pay
  • Part-time, with full-time possible for the right person
  • Weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays
  • Starting at $25/hour, commensurate with experience

Can you commit to teaching a consistent weekly schedule for at least 12 months, including through school semesters and breaks? Our lessons run weekday afternoons and evenings plus Saturdays. Are you available to teach during those hours on a recurring weekly basis?
