Requirements Proven experience working with children in educational or extracurricular settings, especially in youth programs teaching arts or music. Experience teaching visual & performing arts such as dance, theater, choreography or related creative disciplines. Familiarity with early childhood education principles and preschool or childcare experience is highly desirable. Ability to work well with students of diverse backgrounds while fostering an inclusive atmosphere. Excellent communication skills with a passion for inspiring creativity through arts instruction.
