We are currently expanding our faculty and looking for passionate, experienced, and dedicated music teachers to join our team. Positions Available Drum Set Responsibilities Teach private music lessons to students of different ages and skill levels Prepare engaging lessons based on each student's needs, abilities, and goals Help students prepare for recitals, exams, competitions, auditions, and performances Create a positive, encouraging, and professional learning environment Communicate with students and parents about progress when needed Participate in recitals and school events. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Music, Performance, Music Education, or a related field preferred Previous teaching experience preferred Strong musical and performance skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Responsible, reliable, and professional Enjoy working with children and students of different levels Experience preparing students for competitions, exams, auditions, or performances is a plus Why Join RMA?
