Since opening The Woodlands location in 2020, Muse Mantra has grown into a vibrant and trusted music school serving more than 500 students each week through private lessons, recitals, concerts, early childhood programs, and a welcoming community for musicians of all ages. We are seeking passionate, dependable, and highly skilled music instructors to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for teachers who want to help build a new location from the ground up while being part of an established, organized, and family-centered music school. Instruments We Are Hiring For Piano Voice Guitar Drums Violin Cello Flute Trumpet Additional strings, brass, woodwind, and multi-instrument teachers are welcome to apply What You Will Do Teach fun, engaging one-on-one music lessons for children (4 yrs & up), teens, and adults Create personalized lesson plans based on each student's goals, learning style, and experience level Help students build confidence, technique, musicianship, creativity, and a lifelong love for music Prepare students for Muse Mantra recitals, concerts, and special performance opportunities Communicate professionally and warmly with students, parents, and the Muse Mantra team Maintain a reliable weekly teaching schedule and arrive prepared for every lesson Track student progress and share meaningful updates when needed Contribute to a positive, encouraging, and professional school culture What We Are Looking For Strong playing ability and a genuine passion for teaching Previous private music teaching experience is strongly preferred Ability to teach beginners through intermediate students, with advanced instruction being a plus Experience working with children, teens, and families Professional, dependable, patient, and organized Comfortable teaching weekday afternoons, evenings, and potentially Saturdays Ability to reliably commute to our Spring/Klein location Successful completion of a background check before employment Why Teachers Love Working With Muse Mantra Competitive pay of $28 to $34 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, instrument demand, and teaching ability Opportunity to build a consistent weekly schedule as our new Spring/Klein location grows Supportive front-office team that helps with scheduling, enrollment, billing, and parent communication A positive, respectful culture where teachers are valued as professionals Recital, concert, and community performance opportunities for students A growing school with long-term opportunities for exceptional teachers The chance to make a meaningful difference in students' confidence, creativity, and lives At Muse Mantra, we believe music lessons should be structured, encouraging, and genuinely enjoyable.
