Job Description

Job Overview The Wauwatosa School of Music is seeking fun, energetic candidates to join us at our growing music school. Teachers with a music degree (or working towards completion of) are preferred, but consideration will be given to any teacher who is otherwise sufficiently qualified. Must be comfortable working with children and pass a preliminary background check. We are looking for a part-time drum teacher to teach private, one-on-one lessons, 1 - 2 days per week, weekday afternoons and evenings. We have students waitlisted and ready to begin. Teachers are paid as independent contractors ($15/half-hour lesson). The school handles all scheduling of students, collection of lesson fees and other administrative duties. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your expertise and nurture the next generation of musicians. Please provide your current availability along with your resume.
