Job Description

Los Angeles Campus Ministry Staff Decision Point Position Information Have a strong passion for reaching students with the gospel. Are entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, and motivated to grow ministry impact. Build strong partnerships with pastors, teachers, parents, and community leaders. Are an excellent verbal and written communicator. Have leadership, coaching, and vision-casting experience. Are organized, detailed, and able to manage multiple priorities. Are a mature, evangelical believer committed to Scripture and evangelism. Are prepared to work full-time, 45+
Application Requirements:
Hours:
Full-time (45+ hours per week)
Key Relationships:
L.A. Campus Ministry Staff report to the L.A. Area Director, Doug Goulding, and collaborate with other area staff on the L.A. team.
Job Qualifications:
Experience:
Ministry experience in church or para-church setting preferred.
Travel:
This role will include consistent travel in the L.A. area and some travel around the nation.
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
Attitudes and Aptitudes:
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Are a quick and eager learner in all areas. Impressively organized with great attention to detail. Possess high moral integrity, emotional health, social awareness and spiritual maturity. Known as a team player who is excited to serve with an incredible team and contribute their best.
