Director of Mission and Values Qualifications:

Education or similar experience: Master's Degree in Theology, Pastoral Ministry or Spirituality. Minimum of 5 years of leadership in Catholic ministry and good standing with local Bishop. Competency in leadership within areas as specified by the

Leadership, Theology, Spirituality, Ethics and Organizational Management.

Director of Mission and Values Job Summary:

Communicate and educate employees, board members, volunteers and the community about DLWC's mission of compassionate care and its expressions. Contribute to the attainment of the vision of the strategic plan in relation to focus area, priority and success indicator. In cooperation with the Mission and Ethics Committee develop and implement the annual plan for mission. Supervise the Pastoral/Chaplaincy department including outreach to area clergy and workplace spirituality initiatives. Manage the volunteer program and Community Benefit program.
