Position Summary:

The Associate Rector will assist the Rector in the pastoral leadership and care of the parish, and the education and equipping of members for life and ministry. The Associate Rector will be a trusted and dependable collaborator. This candidate will be a priest in good standing with at least 7 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight to Pastoral Care, Outreach, and Parish Life
• Assist in designing and leading all worship services, including regular preaching
• Direct lay-led pastoral care teams and provide in-person pastoral care visits
• Teach and organize Christian Formation opportunities
