A Philosophy Professor teaches foundational philosophical ideas to students through a combination of classroom instruction and assignments at colleges, trade schools or other institutes. May assist or lead in the creation of the curriculum to be taught. In addition to instruction, they may assist or lead in research initiatives relating to their field.

Classes scheduled during the day or evenings depending on enrollment. Classes are taught on the Gainesville, Corinth, and Flower Mound campuses.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Teaching college courses in Drama. Treats students and colleagues with respect. Active involvement in issues of institutional effectiveness including student learning outcomes, program level outcomes, and marketable skill achievement. Focuses teaching and outreach efforts on student success. Required Education Master's degree in discipline or a master's degree with 18 graduate hours in discipline. Required Skills & Abilities Community college teaching experience preferred. Required Experience Prefer community college teaching experience.
