The Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and strategically leading programs that fosterfaith integration and spiritual formation across the academic and co-curricular life of the institution. This role collaborates closely withfaculty, staff, academic schools, and campus partners to cultivate a robust culture of faithful and reflective academic ministry that isgrounded in LeTourneau's Theology and Vocation Core curriculum, pedagogical excellence, and holistic care for students.
