SUMMARY A

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Arizona Elementary Certificate with Physical Education K-12 Endorsement OR Arizona Secondary Certificate with Physical Education Approved Area OR Physical Education K-12 Endorsement OR Arizona Physical Education Certificate PreK-12 OR Arizona Subject Matter Expert Certificate 6-12 in Physical Education OR Arizona Special Education Certificate with Physical Education K-12 Endorsement Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO START DATE
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
