Share your passion for athletics and movement, helping students master basic skills, including running, jumping, throwing and catching, as well as developing balance, agility, and coordination skills. Lead groups of approximately 20 students per class in exercises and sports that are fun and designed to increase flexibility, power, strength, and muscular endurance.
