Overview We are looking for a passionate and energetic Physical Education Teacher for middle and high school students. In this role, you will inspire students to develop a love for physical activity, sports, and healthy living while supporting their overall growth and development. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for teaching physical education, experience working with teenagers, and a commitment to fostering inclusive and engaging learning environments. Duties Design and implement dynamic physical education lessons that promote fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship across middle and high school levels. Develop curriculum that aligns with educational standards while incorporating innovative learning technology and instructional modifications to meet diverse student needs. Coach school sports teams, encouraging skill development, strategic thinking, and positive attitude among student-athletes. Manage classroom responsibilities effectively by maintaining discipline, behavior management, and ensuring safety during all activities. Communicate regularly with parents about student progress, behavior, and participation in physical education programs. Collaborate with fellow teachers on interdisciplinary projects and curriculum implementation to enhance overall student experience. Support students with special education needs by adapting activities and providing necessary accommodations. Experience Prior teaching experience in physical education at the middle or high school level is essential. Demonstrated sports coaching experience with a focus on fostering teamwork and leadership skills. Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds and those with special education needs. Knowledge of childhood development principles related to physical activity and health education. Familiarity with standardized testing related to physical fitness assessments is preferred. Strong communication skills for effective public speaking, parent-teacher interactions, and team collaboration. Proficiency in educational technology integration for lesson planning, instructional delivery, and assessment purposes. Pay:
