Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid Physical Education teaching credentials required; Adaptive Physical Education certification is highly preferred. Experience providing adaptive PE instruction to students with a variety of needs and abilities. Strong organizational abilities and the flexibility to support multiple schools (itinerant position, serving either the East or West Bank). Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between 2-3 assigned school sites. Ability to undergo district credentialing requirements, including a drug screening and fingerprinting.

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver adaptive physical education services to a varied caseload, tailoring instruction to meet the unique physical and developmental needs of each student. Collaborate with educators, therapists, families, and other professionals to support students individualized education plans (IEPs). Maintain accurate recordkeeping and progress documentation. Engage students across a range of ages and abilities with engaging, goal-oriented activities. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative school culture.
