In this role, you will design engaging physical education programs that promote physical development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Header• Duties• Develop and implement dynamic physical education curricula tailored to diverse student needs and learning styles, ensuring alignment with educational standards and regulations. Lead engaging classroom activities that promote cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, coordination, and motor skills development. Adapt instruction methods to accommodate students with varying abilities, including those with special needs such as autism or other disabilities. Utilize educational technology and learning management systems (LMS) to track student progress, assign activities, and communicate effectively with students and parents. Conduct assessments of student performance through observations, standardized testing, and performance data analysis to inform instructional modifications. Collaborate with faculty on curriculum development, school-wide wellness initiatives, and integration of IT-enabled lessons to enhance learning experiences. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavior management strategies, and ways to support physical activity at home. Header• Skills• Extensive experience in teaching physical education across various age groups, including early childhood education and preschool settings. Strong classroom management skills combined with the ability to foster a motivating environment that encourages participation from all students. Proficiency in educational technology integration, including LMS platforms, learning technology tools, and implementing IT-integrated lessons as a teacher. Knowledge of curriculum development, curriculum implementation, instructional modifications, and differentiated instruction techniques. Ability to analyze student performance data for targeted instructional planning and improvement strategies. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and school administration. Experience working with children from diverse cultural backgrounds and adapting teaching strategies accordingly. Familiarity with childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, literacy education related to health topics, and standard educational regulations.
