Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Head Tumbling Instructor to lead our tumbling and acrobatics programs. This role is perfect for someone passionate about gymnastics, martial arts, and physical education who thrives on inspiring students of all ages to develop their skills, confidence, and love for movement. As the Head Tumbling Instructor, you will design engaging training sessions, foster a positive learning environment, and ensure safety standards are upheld at all times. Your leadership will motivate students to push their boundaries while promoting teamwork, discipline, and fun. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive tumbling curricula tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Lead engaging classes that incorporate elements of gymnastics, Dancing, cheerleading, acrobatics, and other physical activities. Monitor student progress closely, providing constructive feedback and personalized coaching to help each individual improve. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during classes, including proper use of equipment and behavior management techniques. Collaborate with other instructors to create a cohesive sports coaching environment that promotes physical literacy across disciplines. Maintain a clean, organized training space equipped with appropriate mats, climbing gear, and other necessary tools. Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, confidence-building, and respect among students of all ages. Skills Strong background in sports coaching, teaching physical skills. Excellent teaching abilities with experience working with children or students in a childcare or educational setting. Knowledge of behavior management strategies to maintain discipline and motivate learners effectively. Ability to demonstrate advanced tumbling techniques safely while adapting instruction for different skill levels. Exceptional communication skills to engage students, parents, and team members positively.
