Whether you're inspiring young athletes in soccer, basketball, football, or other, your enthusiasm and expertise will make a lasting impact. Duties Lead coaching sessions across multiple sports and physical activities, including soccer, basketball, football, and others. Teach fundamental skills and techniques while ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Foster a positive team environment by encouraging teamwork, good sportsmanship, and personal growth. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and guardians to provide updates on progress and address questions or concerns. Manage behavior through effective behavior management strategies to ensure a respectful and inclusive atmosphere. Assist in organizing team events, competitions, and demonstrations to showcase student progress. Requirements Able to work with children between 3-12. Demonstrated experience working with children in sports and educational settings. Certification in first aid and CPR; AED operation training preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students and parents. Ability to lead teams confidently while managing behavior positively. Passion for physical education, childcare, or youth development with an energetic approach to teaching. This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to inspire young athletes. Teaching sports with STEM. Curriculum will be provided.
Pay:
$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
