Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic, creative, and versatile educator to join our school community in a unique full-time teaching position that combines Physical Education and Health with Technology, STEM, and Innovation. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in promoting student wellness, physical activity, and healthy decision-making while also possessing the creativity and technological skills necessary to lead students in meaningful, hands-on learning experiences focused on innovation, engineering, design, problem-solving, and emerging technologies. Responsibilities will include teaching age-appropriate Physical Education and Health classes as well as leading our Innovation Lab program, where students will engage in purposeful, project-based learning involving technology, engineering challenges, coding, robotics, digital design, creative problem-solving, and other real-world applications of STEM concepts. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with students across multiple grade levels and willing to bring enthusiasm, flexibility, and creativity to both areas of the position. While expertise in every aspect of technology or STEM is not required, candidates should demonstrate a strong willingness and ability to learn new tools and technologies and to create engaging, skill-based learning experiences for students. We are looking for an educator who can help students develop healthy habits, confidence, collaboration skills, creativity, technological literacy, and the ability to think critically and solve problems.
