We're looking for a Quality Technician II who brings strong inspection experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with production to identify and resolve quality issues. In this role, you'll play an important part in ensuring products meet customer and engineering specifications—from incoming materials through final inspection. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement, process audits, and quality initiatives across the manufacturing operation. What You'll Do Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products Complete First Article Inspections (FAIs), PPAPs, and dimensional inspections Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T Verify products meet customer specifications prior to shipment Investigate quality concerns and partner with production to identify root causes and corrective actions Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Conduct internal product and process audits Prioritize inspection activities to support production schedules Train and mentor team members on inspection techniques and quality procedures Maintain accurate inspection reports, records, and quality documentation What You Bring 3+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment Hands-on experience with precision measuring equipment, including: Calipers Micrometers Height gauges Other dimensional inspection tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with production and cross-functional teams Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other business software Associate degree in a related field preferred ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) certification is a plus Why Consider This Opportunity? $52K-$62.4K salary Monday-Friday schedule Stable, full-time, on-site position Medical, Dental & Vision Company-paid Life Insurance Short- & Long-Term Disability 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Annual Bonus Opportunity Tuition Assistance Safety Shoe & Prescription Safety Eyewear Reimbursement Employee Referral Bonus Program Make an Impact on Quality If you're an experienced quality professional who enjoys precision inspection, solving problems, and working directly with manufacturing teams , this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while continuing to grow your career.
