Adaptive Physical Education (APE) Teacher
The Adaptive Physical Education (APE) Teacher provides individualized physical education instruction and support to students with disabilities, ensuring meaningful participation in physical activity and access to the general physical education curriculum. The APE Teacher collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to assess student needs, develop individualized goals, and implement adapted physical education programs that promote motor development, physical fitness, independence, and lifelong wellness.
