This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and creating engaging, hands-on activities in a structured school environment. The Health, PE, and Wellness teacher will supervise and facilitate enrichment classes that may include nutrition, movement, life skills, PE, yoga, meditation, and health science lessons. Lesson plans and materials may be provided, and there is flexibility to bring your own ideas and interests into the classroom. No teaching license is required. Responsibilities Lead engaging enrichment activities for elementary students in a safe, positive classroom environment. Supervise students and maintain clear expectations for behavior and participation. Prepare materials and organize activities before each class. Follow provided lesson plans and contribute creative ideas for future activities. Encourage student participation, creativity, collaboration, and problem solving. Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and school staff. Help maintain a clean, organized learning space. Support the school's mission by building positive relationships with students and families. Qualifications Enjoys working with children in an educational setting. Reliable, punctual, and able to manage groups of students independently. Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable leading games, movement activities, or other enrichment experiences. Ability to maintain a structured, respectful classroom environment. Experience working with children is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required.
