Job Description
Excelsior University seeks experienced, student-centered instructors to join our instructional pool of part-time physics faculty. Reporting to the Department Chair for General Education and Social Sciences, part-time faculty are assigned to course sections based on their qualifications, interest, performance, and course section availability. This is a hybrid (St. Petersburg, FL) and remote online part-time faculty position. Instructional faculty at Excelsior University teach online using pre-built course shells with common readings, activities, and assignments across all sections. Hybrid courses in St. Petersburg include some evening hours during the work week.
