What You'll Do As the Director of Learning Zone Edgewater, you will take ownership of the overall success of your school while creating an environment where children, families, and team members can thrive. Lead, coach, and inspire a team of early childhood educators Recruit, develop, and retain a strong and dependable school team Ensure full compliance with state licensing requirements and company standards Maintain safe, nurturing, engaging, and high-quality classroom environments Drive enrollment, family retention, and overall school performance Build strong relationships with families and the surrounding community Maintain appropriate staffing levels and effectively manage daily school operations Hold team members accountable while providing coaching, support, and professional development Create and maintain a positive, professional, and high-energy school culture Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions Partner with company leadership to achieve school and organizational goals What You Bring We are looking for a confident and experienced leader who understands that exceptional schools begin with exceptional leadership.
