We are looking for team oriented WORKING managers. We are not looking for a manager that is more comfortable in the office or delegating than working. As a manager in one of our stores, we expect you to lead by example and be ready to work beside your team. We are a fast paced Mexican inspired restaurant that loves to have FUN, work HARD, and grow our ever expanding customer base. Managers and staff are encouraged to meet and treat everyone through the door as their long lost best friend. This position requires someone who is comfortable and familiar working with a P&L, creating specials, writing schedules, payroll and hiring and firing. The ideal candidate will able to thrive in a fast paced and somedays high stress environment while doing 3 million a year in revenue.
