This role requires strong leadership skills, several years of hyperbaric medicine experience, and expertise with insurance processes, including compiling and submitting prior authorizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations of hyperbaric services, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance. Oversee chamber maintenance, safety drills, and adherence to NFPA 99 standards. Support and train staff while maintaining a safe, patient-centered environment. Manage insurance processes, including benefit verification and prior authorizations. Provide patient education and serve as a key clinical and operational resource.

Qualifications:

Several years of direct hyperbaric medicine experience required. CHT certification preferred (or ability to obtain). Prior authorization and insurance experience required. Strong leadership and communication skills. Current BLS certification; healthcare licensure preferred.
