We believe early childhood is one of the most important stages of a child's development. The Opportunity The Education Director will play a key leadership role in maintaining and continuously improving the educational experience at our school. This person will work closely with teachers, leadership, children, and families to ensure our classrooms reflect high standards of care, learning, and professionalism. Effectively onboard, mentor and develop teachers while promoting professional growth Work collaboratively with teachers to identify opportunities for improvement Help create a positive, respectful, and team-oriented school culture Support the leadership team with teacher development, training, and ongoing professional development Build positive relationships with families and communicate effectively regarding children's educational experiences Help ensure classrooms are engaging, organized, purposeful, and welcoming Assist with maintaining consistency in expectations, policies, and educational practices Participate in school events and activities that support children and families Help identify opportunities to continuously improve the school's educational program Run the school's day to day operations as needed in collaboration with Leadership Team Tour prospective families through the school and programming to help grow enrollment Our Ideal Education Director The right person for this position doesn't simply want a job in early childhood education.
