You will manage scheduling, oversee office operations, and partner with clinical leadership to keep the center running efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Manage client and staff schedules for optimal efficiency Oversee daily clinic operations and team coordination Serve as a primary point of contact for families and new client intake Support onboarding and team engagement Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and company standards Partner with leadership to drive operational excellence What You Bring Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Previous leadership experience preferred Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience in scheduling, operations, or office management (healthcare or ABA preferred) RBT certification (If you are not currently an RBT, we will help you get certified.)
