Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Site Director to lead our after-school program with passion and purpose. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, foster a positive environment for children and staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality educational and childcare services. Your leadership will inspire team collaboration, promote safety, and drive program excellence, creating an engaging space where students thrive and families feel confident in our care. Duties Lead the overall management of the after-school program, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to safety standards Supervise staff members, providing coaching, support, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and effective team Develop and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning, creativity, and social-emotional development for children Maintain strong communication with parents, guardians, and community partners to ensure transparency and satisfaction Oversee administrative tasks including scheduling, attendance tracking, compliance documentation, and reporting using educational administrative software Manage program budgets, supplies, and resources efficiently to maximize program quality and sustainability Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations, health and safety protocols, and organizational policies Qualifications Proven experience in school or childcare administrative roles, preferably as a school administrative director or similar leadership position in education administration Strong background in higher education teaching or university experience related to early childhood education or child development Demonstrated expertise in staff supervision, personnel management in education settings, and team leadership Proficiency with productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and educational administrative software systems Excellent written communication skills for report writing, documentation, and correspondence Knowledge of early childhood education center operations and working with young children in an educational context Experience with program development, curriculum planning, and working with students from diverse backgrounds Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor Join us as a Site Director where your leadership fuels growth—both for the children we serve and your professional journey.
