In this role, you will champion a nurturing environment that promotes the growth, development, and well-being of young children. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with licensing standards, fostering positive relationships with families, and implementing educational programs that inspire curiosity and learning. Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership to staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare services aligned with best practices and regulatory standards Oversee daily center operations, including enrollment, scheduling, and resource management to maintain a smooth and efficient environment Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate teaching staff to foster professional growth and maintain a motivated team Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that support early childhood development milestones Maintain compliance with local licensing requirements, health and safety regulations, and accreditation standards Build strong partnerships with families through regular communication, parent meetings, and community engagement initiatives Manage administrative duties such as budgeting, record-keeping, reporting, and ensuring a safe and clean facility at all times Experience Higher education teaching experience or background in early childhood education is highly desirable Proven experience in education administration or managing a childcare or preschool center Prior university or higher education experience demonstrating leadership in academic settings is advantageous Demonstrated ability to work effectively with young children, families, staff, and community partners Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Knowledge of licensing regulations related to early childhood education and childcare services Join us in shaping the future by leading a dedicated team committed to fostering joyful learning environments.
