T-K/Kinder Program Coordinator

Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate T-K/Kinder Program Coordinator to lead and manage early childhood education programs for young learners. This role is vital in creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment that fosters growth, curiosity, and development in preschool-aged children. As the Program Coordinator, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate curriculum implementation, and support staff to ensure the highest standards of childcare and education. Your energetic leadership will inspire a team dedicated to enriching young minds and building strong foundations for future learning. Duties Develop, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate curricula aligned with educational standards for T-K (Transitional Kindergarten) and Kindergarten programs Supervise teaching staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to promote professional growth Manage daily program operations, including enrollment, attendance tracking, and compliance with licensing requirements Coordinate staff schedules, conduct personnel management activities, and oversee training initiatives to ensure a cohesive team environment Collaborate with administrative teams to maintain accurate records using educational administrative software and productivity tools Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and community partners to support holistic development and family engagement Lead team meetings, organize professional development sessions, and promote best practices in early childhood education Requirements Higher education teaching experience or a background in education administration within early childhood or higher education settings Proven experience in school administrative leadership or as a school administrative director in an educational environment Strong skills in staff supervision, team management, and personnel management within educational contexts Extensive knowledge of childcare practices, early childhood education standards, and working with young children Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and educational administrative software systems Demonstrated ability to develop programs tailored to preschool learners' needs and manage educational projects effectively Excellent writing skills for documentation, reports, and communication with stakeholders Previous experience working with students in early childhood or university settings is highly desirable Ability to lead teams confidently while maintaining a positive and motivating atmosphere Join us as a T-K/Kinder Program Coordinator where your energetic leadership will shape the future of young learners!
