What You'll Do Lead Center Operations:
Oversee daily center activities, maintaining full compliance with California state licensing regulations (Title 22 / Title 5) and health/safety standards.
Grow Student Enrollment:
Conduct warm, engaging tours for prospective families and follow up with leads using our CRM software to keep classrooms full year-round.
Mentor & Coach Teachers:
Build high team morale through 1:1 coaching, monthly staff meetings, classroom support, and professional development. Partner with
Families:
Build trusting relationships with parents and assist working families with enrollment and subsidy paperwork. Ideal Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (preferred) or Associate's Degree with required ECE director units. 3+ years of experience in a licensed childcare facility with supervisory or management experience. Strong working knowledge of California Childcare Licensing (Title 22 / Title 5). Tech-savvy with experience in CRM Intellikids lead tracking, Brightwheel, and Gmail. A genuine passion for early childhood education, team development, and community impact!
Pay:
$28.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
