We are seeking a warm, experienced, and highly organized Preschool/Montessori Director for a planned early childhood education program in Santa Rosa. The Director will help set up the school from the beginning, including assisting with the licensing process, preparing the classroom and required documentation, establishing daily operations, hiring and organizing staff, supporting enrollment, and ensuring the program is ready to open successfully.

Qualifications:

Must meet California Child Care Center Director qualification requirements Preschool or childcare center experience Knowledge of California licensing requirements Experience with staff supervision, parent communication, enrollment, and daily center operations Strong organizational and leadership skills

Salary:

$65,000-$75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This is an anticipated opening. Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit a résumé and availability.
