The Site Director oversees staff, scheduling, and program delivery, aligning activities with KinderCare's standards for quality and inclusion. Responsibilities include maintaining licensing compliance, managing budgets, and implementing age-appropriate curriculum. The role builds strong relationships with families and school partners, supports staff development, and drives continuous improvement to enrich each child's learning experience. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Upland Junior High Kinder Care site, ensuring a safe and engaging environment. Lead, schedule, and mentor staff, promoting collaboration and professional growth. Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, and safety regulations and Kinder Care policies. Implement and support developmentally appropriate curriculum and enrichment activities. Manage site budget, resources, and enrollment to meet operational and quality goals. Build strong relationships with families, school partners, and the local community. Monitor program quality through observation, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for children, staff, and licensing.
