Requirements and Qualifications:

The candidate for Assistant Director must hold a current Director qualification for the State of Colorado, maintain a clear criminal background, must like working with children and be able to work in the classroom when needed, and must be flexible with hours and daily responsibilities. This is an exempt role that pays $60,000 - $63,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

The Assistant Director will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the facility by conducting walk-throughs. Program operation responsibilities include making staff schedules, responding to staff call-ins, maintaining communications with parents, onboarding and training new hires, and overseeing events like picture days, the book fair, camp programs, and more. Other duties will include submitting billing, supporting weekend drop-off and other special events. Physical Demands:
