Kids SmART, Inc. is hiring two Program Directors to run our Before/After School programs located at our Golden/West Denver schools. We provide a fun and enriching environment for the children of the school both before and after school. We need someone reliable, responsible and fun to join our team and support the program and the children within the program.

Directors Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in ECE or 3 yrs full-time experience working with children ECE experience; CO Shines level III or higher At least 21 years old Clear background check

Hours/Locations:

Avg 20- 30hrs/week (more hours available depending on qualifications and availability) Split shift, Mon-Fri. 630a-8a and 230p-6p during school year and more flexible hours during full days/camps. Additional hours required for Wednesday workshops/meetings and administrative duties for director positions Current school location openings:

West Denver/Sloans Lake area Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the before and after school childcare program, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. Develop and implement engaging educational activities that promote childhood development and learning. Manage classroom behavior and foster positive relationships among students. Provide support and guidance to staff, ensuring adherence to safety and first aid protocols. Collaborate with parents and the community to enhance the experience for children. Maintain accurate records of attendance and incidents, ensuring compliance with human services regulations. Bill parents and collect tuition, when paid on-site.
