Job Description
KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for North Canaan Elementary School to lead daily operations of our before- and after-school program. The Site Director oversees staff, ensures a safe and nurturing environment, and builds strong relationships with families and school partners. Responsibilities include scheduling, enrollment management, compliance with licensing and school policies, budgeting support, and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
