We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Director to support our school's daily operations and leadership team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth administrative functions, staff support, and compliance with state and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Director in overseeing daily school operations Help ensure compliance with DCF licensing, Kiddie Academy standards, and company policies Serve as a point of contact for families, addressing questions and concerns professionally Support enrollment efforts, tours, and family communications Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation Step in to support classrooms as needed to ensure ratios and continuity of care Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional school culture
Qualifications:
CDA required or prior experience in administration/management Experience in early childhood education or childcare operations strongly preferred Knowledge of DCF licensing regulations is a plus Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset
